The Convention site is Nolan Scheid's underground dome home in Lorane, Oregon. (Note: the Convention site is 15 miles from the Scheid castle.) The Lorane Dome site is a rural country spot, off Old Lorane Hwy, an easy drive from Interstate 5. There is a small gas station and deli in Lorane, a tiny post office, and that's it! If you're interested in the history of the Lorane Dome, click here.

The underground dome house is located on a sloped, grassy lot, with pine trees on the back border of the property, and goats fenced in next door. There is plenty of room to camp outside on the grass. Tents are recommended for shade and weather protection in case of summer rain.

By the time of the event the domes may be completely scoured inside and all mold/debris/basic repair done. Five domes branch off a main entry dome. Three of the bedroom domes can be used for camping onsite, and the living room pod can host 30+ people for lecture/presentation. The kitchen dome is small and may be set up to make coffee/tea/ light duty food preparation.

The bathroom may be functional, and/or porta-potties will be rented for the event.
